Something to consider, given the state of society:

Government run forensic laboratories  should be expanded to provide services to private citizens whereby they could submit themselves to tests such as polygraph test & narco analysis as a part of negotiations in matrimonial alliances & business deals.

This will serve at least two purposes:
1. Reducing the possibility of litigation by adding to available information prior to finalization of alliances & deals.
2. Adding to government revenue & generating funds for upgrading facilities and
