In re: The budget for the union of provinces masquerading as states

Most 'Seculars' are blasting the Budget without analysing it.

Most 'VishwaGurus' on the other hand are calling this the best budget since REAL 'independence' which 'we' achieved in 2014 though most of them are out of the budget net.
