In re: Kuildeep Singh Sengar

I am uncomfortable with the blanket narrative surrounding the suspension of Kuldeep Singh Sengar 's sentance.

Opinions are fine but only if they ANALYSE the judgment & point out WHY it ought to be set aside. Anything else is politics, emotion & public relations.

Of course people will jump to point out the cases of the two #Muslim activists who are in jail since 2020 or so.

My take: While they are anti nationals for a variety of reasons, being anti national is NOT a crime, in my view. They SHOULD be released on bail & put on surveillance.
