In re: Lovely Stu-dANTS and Lovely PAA-rents. 

The special legislation related to paper leaks et al & other measures which the government has promised will not end instances of paper leaks.

Most lovely Bharatiya students would want to access leaked papers given the opportunity. 

Their lovely 'Abhivavaks', irrespective of political ideology & social background would support them financially if they found the 'quote' reasonable.

The reason for most of the angst is not with the moral aspects of paper leaks. Rather it is with jealousy arising out of lack of access &/or financial ability to avail that access.

A draconian legislation will make such access even more expensive. If a leaked paper costed a lakh, it will possibly cost 5 lakhs. This will lead to even more angst.
