In re: Israel’s staying out of the latest round of the military operations against Iran.

Is the United States holding back the Israelis because Pakistan has made their entering the military operations against Iran conditional on it? 

Note: Even the present Hybrid regime in Pakistan cannot afford the domestic backlash of being seen on Israel's side.
