In re: Hindu Rashtra, the Basic Structure & India's Religious Minorities.

India's Religious Minorities should not get mixed up with that 'basic structure' concept.

Two third majorities in both houses of Parliament and ratification by half the State Assemblies can negate the Basic Structure and create a Hindu Rashtra - constitutionally.

India's Religious Minorities should instead do hard negotiations on their rights under such a system using UAE like models. 

They should try & get constitutional protections under changed scenarios rather than patronizing Seculars and their 'Dukaans' - on this issue.
