In re: The Lucknow model for attracting real estate investments

Housing sales in Tier 2 cities shall continue to fall because all classes of people living in such cities seek to move to the only five metropolitan regions of real economic significance in India - Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru & Hyderabad.

Real estate demand in such cities CAN HOWEVER be boosted by leveraging low circle (ready reckoner) rates to attract investments in CASH

Lucknow's Gomti Nagar, traditionally & now Shaheed Path are great examples - attracting 'GHOOS' funds from all over the state.

In re: The delusions of Vishwa-Gurus, the dishonesty of Seculars & the ordinary-ness of this Union of Provinces masquerading as States.

Bharatiya peopleS are, in general, LESS POOR today than they ever were - on both average & median basis.

The government of the day is NOT doing badly on the economic front. The allegations of economic mismanagement by #seculars & their supporters are disingenuous.

HOWEVER no matter what ANY government does, the entity known as India is highly unlikely to ever become 'rich' or 'developed'.

The issue lies inter alia in lack of RESOURCES & the uncivil, self-serving and opportunistic mindset of almost all Bharatiya peopleS including me.

In re: President Trump's stating inter alia that he will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to the United States.

India would likely come under the definition of 'third world countries'. Putting a permanent pause on migration of Bharatiya peopleS will be good (great) for the United States of America. At this critical time for Western Civilization, TOUGH measures have to be taken.

PS: Since Bharat is DANKA-BAJAVING the world, such a pause shouldn't harm our lovely Bharatiya peopleS because they would like (love) to stay here.

In re: Shootings of National Guardsmen in Washington DC

The United States , the United Kingdom & the European Union should restrict immigration to:
1. Highly skilled workers specialising in STEM- NOT 'liberal arts'
2. INVESTORS &
3. Short term GUEST workers without any rights to continue to reside by marrying citizens/residents.

Refugee resettlement should be done in poor countries. These countries should be PAID to take take in refugees - a COST PLUS PROFIT APPROACH. Seeking refuge has to necessarily be about saving one's life - it cannot be an opportunity to live in developed countries.

PS: There can be no greatness without preserving broad ethnic character - SEASONING should not replace SALAD.

In re: "Bhai Sahab, ab toh India GloBHAL South ko DOM-NATE kar raha hai - ab toh FOREIGN men bahut izzat milti hai."

Sometime ago on his Republic 'debates', Arnab Goswami was promoting cooperation between India & China to take on Donald Trump - knowing that such cooperation is a non-starter, just to profit from the sentiments of his EMI paying English KNOWING middle class audience.

Last night he was RIGHTLY bashing China over the way they treated the lady from Arunachal Pradesh .

The reality is that the United States & China are superpowers who have their own ways of dealing with each other.

India is a developing country. Its relevance lies largely in the SIZE of its MARKET. Journalists like Arnab Goswami & top echelons of the BJP know this.

Bharatiya peopleS are kept happy with bravado keeping the BJP relatively popular & enriching such journalists.

In re: Chandigarh

The proposed constitutional amendment with respect to UT Chandigarh wouldn't have really changed anything because the Governor of Indian Punjab (East Punjab) is also a nominee of the Central Government. So this controversy was more about sentiments than anything else.

The final settlement of the UT Chandigarh question is part of the unfinished business of reorganization.

WHAT can Haryana be given. Is the transfer of parts of Abohar & Fazilka still feasible? WHAT of the High Court & the most vexed of all - HOW will the waters be shared?

PS: WHAT if anything needs to be given to Himachal Pradesh as part of a final settlement? - I realised this angle while reading an interview of  Manish Tewari today.

In re: President Trump's meeting with Zohran Mamdani in the Oval Office

This is the pragmatism that people across political ideologies need to learn from Donald Trump.

If you analyse MAGA , it is NOT a classically conservative movement. Rather it blends different ideas to formulate an agenda for continuous political action & intended governance.

It's a unique privilege to be alive in the era of Donald Trump.

In re: A news report: “Reliance Industries: Co spokesperson says stopped importing Russian Crude Oil into Our SEZ Refinery with effect from 1 Dec, all product exports from SEZ Refinery will be obtained from non-Russian crude oil’

The Ambani's are smarter then average Bharatiya peopleS. The top echelons of the BJP are smarter than their own ecosystem & Bharatiya peopleS in general.

Donald Trump will get the trade deal with India that HE WANTS & that will be good for average Indians who are mostly poor.

PS: Maarning Waak peopleS will still claim - "Bhai Sahab, Trump ko 'HUMNE' dhool chata di." - but that's routine Bharatiya behaviour.

In re : The presidential reference related to ‘assent, withholding or reservation of bills by the Governor and the President of India’ wherein the Supreme Court of India has held inter alia that 'timelines can't be fixed for governors/president for bills' assent; no concept of 'deemed assent'

Effectively what this means is that while no timelines have or can be set for presidents & governors, in the case of governors, excessive delay can be looked into by the constitutional courts.

However the president's pocket veto has been upheld by necessary implication.

This makes what may happen in 2027 and 2029 even more interesting.

If you know, you know. If you don't then continue watching comedy shows & reels - that suits you.

In re: Good communicators

Good communicators assume that most, if not all the people that they are communicating with lack intelligence & understanding BUT communicate in a manner that doesn't make them realise that & feel bad about it.

Many Bharatiya peopleS get conned by politicians & celebrities who possess such skills.

In re: Clear and present danger

Muslim society, in India, has a better outlook than Hindu society due to RELATIVE INSULATION of their WOMEN from toxic FEMINISM & HEDONISM.

For proof: Attend 'cocktail' parties of relatively prosperous Hindus in tier 2 cities OR observe cigarette shops near corporate offices.

In re: The AMIM's performance in the Bihar Assembly Elections.

Good to see that the AIMIM won 5 seats in the Bihar Assembly Elections.

In states, like Bihar , where opposition parties are increasingly ineffective, Muslims are COMBINING traditional statewide TACTICAL voting with a focus to establish their OWN leadership in seats where it is possible.

Essentially in many states, particularly post the next round of delimitation, we will see a situation where there are effectively seperate electorates insofar as #Muslims are concerned - which is fine.

Relative peace & progress requires cooperation between groups which are fundamentally different.

This requires COMMON SENSE COMMUNALISM WITHOUT HATE. Both TOXIC COMMUNALISM and SECULARISM are misplaced ideas which are unworkable & indeed harmful.

In re: People who seek the impossible.

Preventing most if not all #terror attacks requires establishing a national security state.
That will involve greater SURVEILLANCE & RESTRICTIONS.
I SUPPORT the idea being PRO ESTABLISHMENT, no matter WHO is in power.
Members of our pampered 'civil society' won't agree, though.

In re: The case FOR crony capitalism.

Two possible ways to reduce air pollution in Delhi NCR exist. They are:
1. Facilitating consolidation in the manufacturing sector through  takeovers of small & medium manufacturing units by major corporate groups &
2. Facilitating cconsolidation in the agricultural sector through takeovers of small and medium sized farms by major corporate groups.

Without the above, effective implementation of norms with respect to pollution is extremely difficult, if at all possible. Both these things will lead to allegations of crony capitalism, which will be legitimate allegations.

However, crony capitalism is the only thing that may actually help average Bharatiya peopleS to lead substantially better lives.

In re: NCT Delhi's real estate sector

In spite of consolidatory trends in the economy & corporatisation, Delhi 's real estate sector remains fragmented & lacking in maturity.

The main reason for this is the legal framework restricting development.

This is something that long term residents, particularly more prosperous ones, support for both commercial & emotional reasons.

While this does put fetters on the city's growth, it's advantages include:
1. Relative social stability in the National Capital Territory itself,
2. Accelerated growth in parts of the National Capital REGION &
3. Ensuring that MID level politicians and & officers dominate the ECONOMY of permissions and dispute resolution - unlike places like Mumbai where POWERFUL politicians & officers control most such things.

Something to consider, given the state of society:

Government run forensic laboratories  should be expanded to provide services to private citizens whereby they could submit themselves to tests such as polygraph test & narco analysis as a part of negotiations in matrimonial alliances & business deals.

This will serve at least two purposes:
1. Reducing the possibility of litigation by adding to available information prior to finalization of alliances & deals.
2. Adding to government revenue & generating funds for upgrading facilities and
